Sensei Paul Mead course

On Saturday 17th December 2011, there will be a 1-day course with Sensei Paul Mead (7th Dan).

The course will take place at Avonmouth Rugby club, where we train on Thursday evenings, in the hall upstairs.
There will be two 1-hour sessions:

12.00am - 1:00pm
1:30pm - 2:30pm

All club members are welcome to train on this course.

The course will cost £10/£15.
